Terms of Service

Effective date: July 2, 2026.

Use of Rider Recall

Rider Recall provides motorcycle rider profiles, QR friend adding, chat, nearby rider presence, Ride HUD, road alerts, ride calls, event tools, and safety check-in features. You are responsible for using the app safely and legally.

Not an emergency service

Rider Recall is not a 911, emergency dispatch, medical, rescue, or roadside-assistance service. SOS, I’m OK, Pit stop, and road report features are social/safety signals to other users. For immediate danger, call emergency services.

Safe riding

Do not operate the app in a way that distracts you while riding. Mount and use your device safely, follow local laws, and pull over before typing, creating posts, changing settings, or reading chat.

User content

You are responsible for rider profiles, photos, bike details, chat messages, events, road alerts, and other content you submit. Do not post illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or unsafe content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Location visibility

Location visibility is user-controlled. Do not use another person’s location, profile, or presence data to harass, stalk, threaten, or endanger anyone.

Subscriptions and event hosting

Some features, such as planning or hosting events, may require an Event Host subscription through Google Play. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Google Play according to Google Play terms and the purchase flow shown at checkout.

Account termination

You may request account deletion at delete-account.html. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, compromise safety, abuse other users, or attempt to bypass paid features.

Changes

We may update these terms as Rider Recall changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
